Asia-Pacific - #1 Market for Naval Procurement Over The Next Decade

Navies in the Asia-Pacific are expected to spend US$108 billion to strengthen their submarine and surface combatant platforms and other maritime defence capabilities. According to US-based naval consultancy AMI International, this expenditure makes the region the number one global maritime defence market over the next decade.

The region's expenditure outstrips maritime defence expenditure in both the U.S. and Europe where projected naval expenditure is US$105 billion and US$99 billion respectively. Click here for more information.
